Florida Recent Arrests is a private reference service, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody or release, remove or provide an official booking photo, arrange bond, or retrieve a government record. Contact the agency that created or holds the record.
Choose the Florida Record Holder
Florida books people through county systems, so the right office depends on where the arrest happened and what record is needed. Use the sheriff or jail for county booking and custody, the clerk for a trial-court case, FHP or FLHSMV for its own reports, and the Florida Department of Corrections for a state sentence or supervision record.
- For a county arrest, select the likely county in the Florida County Directory and follow its official roster or records contact.
- For a booking entry or photo, start with the Florida recent-arrests home page for the source and request path.
- For a court filing or disposition, use the county clerk named in the case or search the statewide CCIS case-information system, then confirm with the clerk.
- For an FHP matter, use the official Florida Highway Patrol records path and the FLHSMV public-records contact.
- For state custody or supervision, search the Florida Department of Corrections offender system.
- For federal prison custody, use the Bureau of Prisons locator. It does not provide a public booking-photo result. Immigration custody is a separate search through the ICE detainee locator.
