Why This Reference Exists
Florida’s county sheriffs and jail agencies create and maintain local booking entries, photos, and custody views. The Florida Department of Corrections keeps a separate record for people in state prison or under state supervision, while county clerks hold the trial-court case record. This site brings those public source paths together so a reader can start with the agency that holds the record, then move to the court or state system when the case reaches that stage. It hosts no arrest records or photos of its own.
Florida Resources Included
The pages focus on the state systems and county routes most often needed after an arrest:
- The Florida recent-arrests home page explains county rosters, booking records, photos, wanted-person sources, and the state law.
- The County Directory routes to every Florida county site in the network.
- Daily Arrest Report and Weekly Arrest Log compare same-day and longer-window publishing.
- VINELink Inmate Check, Public Arrest Records, and FHP cover custody alerts, access law, and state patrol records.
What the Site Cannot Do
This project is privately operated and has no connection to a Florida sheriff, jail, corrections department, court, or government agency. It cannot:
- Confirm a person’s current custody or arrange a release or transfer.
- Post bond, arrange a jail visit, or send funds for another person.
- Give legal advice about a charge, warrant, court case, or record.
- Promise that an outside agency’s page or contact details are current.
Only the responsible sheriff, jail, court, or Florida Department of Corrections can confirm its current record. A booking entry is an allegation or procedural record, not proof of guilt.
Search Partner Disclosure
Some search boxes are operated by outside providers, which set their own terms and prices. If a visitor follows a partner link and signs up for a paid service, this site may receive a referral fee. That income helps support the reference material, but it does not give the site control over a provider’s search results, charges, or data practices.
